Akkodis is seeking a Agile Coach for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Ideally looking for experience with Agile coaching certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, CSP, SPC, ICAgile Enterprise Coach) , Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter), Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), delivery methodologies, delivery enablement tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) experience leading sessions for very large audiences and coaching engagements across diverse teams. preference would be someone with the required skills and experience, particularly in large organizations.

We are seeking a highly adaptable and communicative Delivery Coach / Change Manager to support a large-scale transformation within a global technology organization. This role is focused on driving a mindset shift to enable productivity through delivery excellence. The successful candidate will lead key cadences, influence stakeholders across all levels-including executive leadership-and champion the adoption of modern delivery practices, automated tools, and disciplined processes.


This role blends change leadership with delivery coaching, requiring a strategic thinker who can operate across organizational boundaries, foster cultural change, and accelerate delivery maturity.


Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives that promote delivery enablement, agile adoption, and productivity improvements.

• Agile coaching certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, CSP, SPC, ICAgile Enterprise Coach).

• Facilitate and manage multiple cadences (e.g., senior forums, awareness sessions, leadership syncs) to reinforce delivery discipline and organizational values.

• Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to support and sustain transformation efforts.

• Coach teams and leaders on discipline, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement.

• Promote the use of automated tools and streamlined processes to enhance delivery efficiency and transparency.

• Develop and deliver training, workshops, and enablement programs tailored to various roles and maturity levels.

• Identify and address organizational impediments to process and tools adoption and delivery success, articulate benefit and influence sentiment.

• Monitor and report on change adoption, organizational maturity, and delivery performance metrics.

• Foster a psychologically safe environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and innovation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery discipline with strategic business goals.

• Proven experience as a Change Manager or a Delivery Coach in large, global technology organizations.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence across multiple levels of an organization, including executive leadership.

• Experience leading sessions for very large audiences and coaching engagements across diverse teams.

• Familiarity with delivery enablement tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and process automation.

• Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.

• Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

• Experience in organizational design, team topology, and agile operating model transformation.

• Background in coaching leadership teams and executives on agile mindset and practices.

• Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.

• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and delivery methodologies.

• Multilingual or cross-cultural experience in global enterprise settings.
