Data Analyst

Tasks and Required Skills:

• Optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.
• Support the design of data architecture structures to back BI initiatives.
• Assist in developing Business Intelligence reports and operational analytics capabilities, including but not limited to:
• trends and projections of operational performance indicators (e.g., resource consumption, usage)
• operational analysis of data quality (e.g., data quality measures, metrics, root cause analysis in areas such as customer data).

Desired Profile:

• At least some experience as a BI Developer or Analyst
• Experience in designing data warehouses (e.g., dimensional modeling)
• Strong understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework
• Knowledge of SQL queries and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Proven ability to take initiative and demonstrate innovation
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating Power BI reports based on business needs with linked content, deep analysis, and nested parameters
