Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced GCP DevOps Architect to lead the design, automation, and deployment of a scalable Google Cloud Lakehouse architecture integrated with MicroStrategy One BI. This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native data architecture, DevOps practices, data science workflows, and Agile delivery, with the ability to manage and collaborate across diversified stakeholder teams in an onshore/offshore operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement DevOps pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, analytics, and BI reporting using GCP services.
• Design and manage scalable data architectures, data models, and metadata frameworks to support advanced analytics and reporting.
• Integrate MicroStrategy One BI with Google Cloud data services for enterprise-grade dashboards and insights.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring using cloud-native tools and frameworks.
• Operationalize machine learning models and data science workflows using Vertex AI and other GCP services.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards across environments.
• Lead Agile delivery across onshore/offshore teams, ensuring sprint goals, release milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Engage with client stakeholders to present architecture strategies, DevOps roadmaps, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Cloud & DevOps Expertise:
• Deep experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): BigQuery, Dataplex, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools: Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud Build, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, automated deployments, and monitoring/logging frameworks.
• Data & Analytics Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of data lakehouse architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy One BI: architecture, metadata, dashboard/reporting integration.
• Familiarity with data science workflows, including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Delivery & Collaboration Skills:
• Proven ability to lead large-scale cloud data programs in Agile environments.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery models and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Certifications (Preferred):

• Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect
• Google Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer
