This role will be responsible for managing onboarding and offboarding processes, HR operations, payroll administration, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local employment laws, including the Employment Act, and be familiar with TAFEP guidelines.

- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Handle HR operations such as maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing HR documentation.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Administer monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, etc.).

Assist in other HR projects and initiatives as required.

- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations and payroll.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Hands-on experience with payroll systems/software and HRIS.
