About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead Global Cybersecurity Awareness and Training. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and embedding a strong security culture across all regions, driving consistent awareness initiatives, and equipping employees worldwide with the knowledge and behaviors to defend against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global cybersecurity awareness and training strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.
- Design and deliver engaging awareness campaigns, learning modules, and communication initiatives tailored for a global workforce.
- Partner with regional stakeholders, HR, Learning & Development, and IT Security leaders to localize and integrate cybersecurity awareness into onboarding, compliance, and corporate training programs.
- Drive adoption of innovative training methods, including gamified learning, simulations, phishing exercises, and micro-learning campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on global awareness metrics and training effectiveness, providing insights to senior management and continuously enhancing program impact.
- Monitor global threat trends and adapt content to keep training relevant, timely, and impactful.
- Act as the global ambassador for security culture, influencing employees and leaders across all business units and regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Communications, Education, or related discipline.
- Proven track record in leading cybersecurity awareness, training, or change management initiatives on a regional or global scale.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity risks, human behavior in security, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design impactful, engaging, and culturally relevant content.
- Familiarity with global learning platforms, LMS, and e-learning solutions.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) are advantageous.
