What You'll Be Doing

• Juggle multiple web projects in a deadline-driven environment — and still deliver polished, functional code.
• Take charge of development workflows, from architecture through to deployment.
• Transform wireframes, mockups, and concepts into fast, responsive, user-ready applications.
• Architect and maintain robust APIs that serve as the backbone for headless front-end experiences.
• Work closely with designers, PMs, and other devs to build features that are as thoughtful as they are functional.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, squash bugs, and fine-tune your code until it hums.
• Stay on the pulse of modern development trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Ship updates and patches with confidence, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum reliability.

Who You Are

• A seasoned Laravel developer with a track record of building and maintaining full-stack web apps.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript — and confident using modern front-end libraries like React or Next.js.
• Fluent in PHP and the Laravel ecosystem, including Eloquent, queues, migrations, and testing.
• Comfortable designing and integrating RESTful APIs for web and mobile front ends.
• Experienced with both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Familiar with cloud environments such as AWS and deploying scalable web services.
• Confident using Git for version control and branching strategies.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-moving agency or product team settings.
• Great communicator who knows how to collaborate without micromanagement.
