Job Description
You'll lead the design and user experience for the Fastbreak Impact product, initially focusing on a web-based platform with future plans for mobile development. You'll collaborate closely with the engineering team and other product designers to ensure our products are user-friendly for non-technical users.

Skills And Requirements
- 4+ years in UX/UI design
- Portfolio of web-based SaaS products
- Experience in fast-paced, startup environments
- Comfortable in small, collaborative teams
- Proven ability to design intuitive, beautiful interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma, CSS, and HTML
- Experience with Cursor or similar AI-assisted dev tools
- Front-end development familiarity (not full dev)
- Background in sports tech or youth sports null
