We are seeking a Business Applications Expert with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise business application solutions across diverse business areas using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, system integrations, microservices, and AI-driven solutions, combined with strong project management capabilities. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives while ensuring business goals are aligned with technology capabilities.

Business Applications & Functional Consulting
We are seeking a Business Applications Expert with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise business application solutions across diverse business areas using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, system integrations, microservices, and AI-driven solutions, combined with strong project management capabilities. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives while ensuring business goals are aligned with technology capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Applications & Functional Consulting
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Provide recommendations on best practices, process improvements, and automation.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Business Applications (ERP/CRM).
- Configure and customize entities, fields, forms, workflows, views, and processes within Dynamics 365.
- Conduct training sessions, prepare technical documentation, and drive user adoption programs.
- Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service.
- Implement and manage solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Build custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and .NET extensions to extend D365 functionality.
- Design and maintain data models, entities, and relationships within Dynamics 365.
- Implement data migration strategies using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Data Export Service.
- Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services, REST APIs, Logic Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and third-party apps.
- Design and lead microservices-based solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, API gateways, and service mesh.
- Implement serverless solutions using Azure Functions.
- Ensure database optimization, scalability, and integrity within Dataverse (CDS).
- Design and implement Azure OpenAI-based solutions, including GPT models, embeddings, and AI-powered applications.
- Build and fine-tune AI models for NLP, summarization, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
- Customize and extend Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- Deploy Copilot Studio applications to automate workflows and enhance collaboration in Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and responsible AI deployments in line with compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Manage system upgrades, apply Microsoft patches/releases, and ensure stable deployments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and incidents.
- Utilize Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for deployment and environment management.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, data privacy, and security best practices.
- 9+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business & Custom Applications.
- Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse/CDS).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, TypeScript for customizations.
- Strong database knowledge: SQL Server, SSRS, FetchXML.
- Integration experience with REST APIs, OAuth, OData, Azure Integration Services.
- Strong knowledge of ERP & CRM workflows, roles, and automation.
- Project management tool experience: Manage Engine Service Desk Plus, Microsoft Project, Trello.
- 5+ years of IT project management (scope definition, budgeting, risk management).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and requirement gathering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field.
- 14+ years of experience in business applications management, IT consulting, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments supporting large-scale business applications.
- Microsoft Business Application Solution Architect
- Azure Solution Architect
- Certification in AI Technology
- Certification in BI Technology
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
