Job Description: D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant – Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong functional knowledge, and proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Customer Voice, Field Service).
  • Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and Fit-Gap analysis with business stakeholders.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, Power Automate flows, and data models.
  • Customize CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET, TypeScript, Power FX, and plugins.
  • Develop and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and extend CRM functionalities.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications (payment gateways, portals, AI solutions).
  • Design and manage REST/OData APIs, microservices, Azure Functions, and cloud-native extensions.
  • Oversee DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for build and release management.
  • Implement data migration and ETL processes (SSIS, Data Factory, Data Export Service).
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, security best practices, and governance policies.
  • Support user adoption, training, and change management programs.
  • Lead projects using Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 14+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform.
  • Proven expertise in solution architecture, CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Voice, Field Service).
  • Skilled in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
  • Proficient in cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Functions, Service Mesh).
  • Strong experience in API integration, DevOps, and data migration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and project delivery skills.

Certifications (Required/Preferred)

  • Required:
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect
    • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
  • Preferred:
    • PMP or equivalent project management certification
    • Microsoft Certified: Managing Dynamics Implementations
