As part of our Security Compliance team, we are looking for Compliances Verification Analyst. This role will require you to support government entity.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Leading evidence investigation and encryption
- Coordinate communications across departments/company Search for evidence. And communicate internally and act when needed.
- Reporting digital offences and cases
- Responsible for customer interface, case management and data Management
- Responsible for developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning model parameters to improve upon existing app
- Having technical IT/Programming Skills
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building capabilities.

- Overall minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in similar role
Key Job indicators:
- Create and maintain operational reports for Key Performance Indicators and weekly and Monthly Metrics.
- Responding to all calls from authorities, providing required information, and analysing reports to give advice to resolve technical issues.
- Stay in touch 24/7 to support the authorities in case of any emergency.
- Requires working on a shift schedule as needed.
- Deliver official letters of fraud / abusive criminal activities to the authorities when needed.
- Handle escalated Authorities issues.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- University degree
