The resort also features 22 Food and Beverage outlets, 1,056 sqm ballroom with 8 breakout rooms, wide variety of recreational facilities, and a spa with 12 treatment villas.
The Marketing Manager – MICE is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) business across international markets. This role supports the hotel’s revenue goals by enhancing brand visibility, driving targeted campaigns, and generating qualified leads for MICE segments through digital, traditional, and partnership-based marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and lead generation for MICE business globally.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Events teams to create campaigns that align with business goals and seasonal demand.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, email, social media) targeting corporates, associations, event planners, and DMCs.
- Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets showcasing the hotel’s MICE capabilities, event spaces, and services.
- Manage content creation for MICE-focused web pages, brochures, e-newsletters, and partner platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor positioning, and customer preferences in the global MICE industry.
- Identify high-potential segments and geographic markets for MICE growth.
- Recommend marketing strategies and packages based on insights and analytics.
- Drive MICE-specific digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid media, and retargeting campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance MICE-related website content and landing pages for better conversion.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track campaign performance.
- Support promotion of the hotel’s participation in trade shows, exhibitions, fam trips, and MICE industry events.
- Develop co-branded marketing campaigns with travel trade partners, airlines, and industry associations.
- Coordinate with the regional and global sales offices for joint marketing initiatives.
- Manage the MICE marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs regularly.
- Adjust strategies and campaigns based on data-driven insights and business priorities.
- Work closely with the Sales, Events, F&B, and Revenue Management teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Provide marketing support for proposals, bids, and client presentations.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the regional and corporate marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of MICE industry trends and buyer behavior across global markets.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and lead generation, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation platforms).
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
