Position: Junior Frontend Developer (HTML/CSS + Webflow/Elementor)

Digitalistics is a creative digital agency focused on crafting impactful digital experiences. We design and build websites, mobile apps, and marketing campaigns for clients across different industries — and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Frontend Developer to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Build and customize websites using HTML, CSS, Webflow, and Elementor
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, functional websites
• Assist with layout improvements, animations, and interactivity
• Optimize pages for performance, SEO basics, and accessibility
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring creative concepts to life
• Contribute to updates, fixes, and support for existing websites

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including responsive layouts, Flexbox, Grid)
• Basic experience with Webflow and/or Elementor (WordPress)
• Portfolio showcasing at least a few live or demo projects
• Understanding of modern web design practices and usability
• Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
• Good communication skills (English B1+)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a remote team

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for interactivity
• Familiarity with SEO basics and website optimization
• Experience with design tools (Figma)
• Previous freelance or agency experience

• Flexible schedule (with some overlap with European time zone)
