• Proficiency in creating effective user interfaces.
• Ability to analyze and maintain UI/UX consistency throughout the product.
• Experience in conducting continuous market research and competitor analysis for UI/UX trends.

• Strong focus on reducing customer hassle and streamlining user workflows.

• Proficiency in building complex and scalable design systems suitable for A/B testing and supporting product growth and future iterations.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with product management, engineers, and marketing teams to deliver world-class user experiences.
• Skill in facilitating product ideation sessions and effectively incorporating feedback with minimal iterations required.

Experience:

• 2-3+ years of proven experience as UI/UX/Product Designer;
• Impressive portfolio of UI/UX use cases which impact product GTM strategy;
• Experience with building a Design System and Component-based designs;
• Fluent in Figma;
• Ability to design an adaptive interface;
• The ability to conduct usability testing;
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research;
• Ability to explain and describe your design solutions;
• Excellent communication skills.
