We are hiring a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in programmatic advertising and DSP platforms. You’ll lead a small, fast-moving team to build a product layer on top of DSPs, turning raw APIs into intuitive reporting, creative management, and clean UI workflows.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end delivery (scope, backlog, milestones, releases).
- Translate DSP APIs and ad-tech concepts into shippable features and clear user flows.
- Design pragmatic solutions when API limits don’t fit UX.
- Prepare wireframes in Figma, write crisp tickets, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers, API providers, and business users to align on requirements.
- Plan phased releases (alpha → beta → GA) and manage client expectations.
Must-have experience
- Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising & DSPs (auctions, pacing, targeting, throttling, core metrics).
- Solid understanding of ad formats (image, video, native, HTML5, VAST/VPAID).
- Strong API & data fluency (DSP API docs, JSON, mapping fields to user concepts).
- Proven record of solution design under incomplete inputs and phased rollouts.
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Hands-on with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Yahoo, Amazon Ads).
- Experience building reporting/analytics UIs.
- Familiarity with Postman/Insomnia, basics of SQL and JSON.
- Knowledge of attribution, viewability, brand safety, and privacy (GDPR/CCPA).
- Startup / 0→1 product experience.
