Requirements
- A clear understanding of how social media works in the crypto space;
- Ability to write simple, clear & engaging English (B2+ written is a must);
- Creativity, curiosity, & a genuine interest in Web3;
- Proactive mindset - you don’t wait for tasks, you bring ideas;
- Result-oriented & quick learner who wants to do, learn, repeat;
- Willingness to appear in short videos (stories, reels, TikTok - optional but welcomed).
- Create & publish daily content across X, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn & CoinMarketCap;
- Follow crypto trends, updates & news (no investing required);
- Build and manage content plans;
- Engage with the crypto community - replies, polls, feedback;
- Analyze the performance of posts & learn what works;
- Work with real budgets, traffic & campaigns;
- Create both entertaining & educational content;
- Attend crypto events & help cover them;
- Try, fail, succeed, repeat - with full team support.
