Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for global consumer and enterprise commerce projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including design, database, and DevOps specialists—to deliver robust solutions for large-scale retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java, Node.js, or Next.js for backend and React (or similar advanced frontend frameworks) for frontend
Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX elements.
Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth frontend-backend communication
Should have experience in developing apps in AWS and Azure environment
Design, manage, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, CouchDB)
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and collaborative planning sessions
Ensure application responsiveness, cross-platform compatibility, and adherence to security best practices
Use Git for version control and participate in CI/CD pipeline processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Stay updated with the latest development trends and tools.

Qualifications

3–6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (5+ years for a senior level resource)
Proficiency in backend: Java, Node.js, or Next.js
Proficiency in frontend: React (preferred), with experience in other frameworks like Angular or Vue.js a plus.
Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and agile methodologies
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices is desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in multi-skilled teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Certifications (good to have – one of more)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Or similar
AWS Certified Developer – Associate or similar
Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Developer or similar

Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote; but will need proximity to Pune/Bangalore offices for team collaboration/training/delivery projects.

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will architect, lead, and deliver complex, scalable web solutions for global commerce and large-scale retail projects. You will provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and drive best practices across backend and frontend development, database design, DevOps, and cloud integration.

Experience level must be in the 7+ 12 year experience range and atleast of 4 years of full stack active hands on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade web applications using Java, Node.js, or Next.js (backend) and React or similar advanced frontend frameworks
Should have experience in developing apps in AWS and Azure environment
Architect scalable, high-performance solutions for global consumer and enterprise commerce platforms
Oversee and guide the integration of RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party systems
Mentor and coach junior developers; promote best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, database, DevOps, business analysts) to align technical solutions with business goals
Drive database architecture, optimization, and security for both SQL and NoSQL systems
Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Ensure application security, compliance, and data integrity across all layers
Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution for mission-critical applications
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends; drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

7+ years of full stack development experience, including large-scale, global projects in consumer or enterprise commerce/retail
Advanced expertise in backend: Java, Node.js, or Next.js; strong experience with microservices architecture
Advanced expertise in frontend: React (preferred), with proficiency in other modern frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
Deep knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CouchDB) and data modeling for scalability and security
Proven experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in the retail or commerce domain is highly valued
Certifications (good to have /one or more of the below)
AWS/Azure or GCP Certification
DevOps/Kubernetes
Senior full stack developers are expected to be AI-ready, leveraging AI tools not just for coding assistance but to architect intelligent, scalable applications that integrate AI and machine learning capabilities effectively
Using AI-powered coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and improving productivity
Integrating AI/ML models for personalization, recommendations, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics into full stack applications, enhancing user experience and backend intelligence
Understanding AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
Driving innovation by combining AI capabilities with strong system design, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices to deliver robust, scalable, and intelligent applications
