Technical Lead

Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to manage our development team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration and innovative solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and mentor developers, while upholding best practices and technical excellence.

Job Position Title: Technical Team Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and facilitate smooth development process 2. Lead and manage the technical team consisting of frontend, backend, and database developers 3. Ensure performance, scalability and reliability 4. Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables 5. Document technical designs, configurations and procedures 6. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members 7. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team 8. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, helping them grow in their technical and professional capabilities 9. Identify and mitigate technical risks, offering solutions to overcome challenges 10. Monitor the progress of engineering tasks and provide regular status updates to leadership 11. Drive the adoption of modern development practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)

Mandatory skill sets:

1. Years of Experience: 9-12 years 2. Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech 3. Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular JS, React JS, Database etc. 4. Experience with modern software development practices (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD) 5. Proficient in software architecture, design patterns, and principles (e.g., microservices, RESTful APIs, etc.) 6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 7. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 8. Experience in open-source technologies

Preferred skill sets: 1. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. 2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
