JOB PROFILE: PRODUCT DESIGNER – INTERN

Today, we deliver medicines in 1000+ cities in India, covering 19000+ pin codes. We offer diagnostic test services across Mumbai (including Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan & Dombivli), Delhi (with Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad & Ghaziabad), Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Gandhi Nagar, Surat, Vadodara, Lucknow, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Jaipur.
Key responsibilities:
1.User research: Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
2. User testing: Help plan, conduct, and analyze user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for design improvements
3. Wireframing and prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and solutions
4. Design iteration: Collaborate with the design team to iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results
5. UI design: Contribute to the creation of user interface designs that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with our brand guidelines
6. Documentation: Prepare design documentation, including user personas, user flows, and design specifications
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure a cohesive and user-centered product experience
8. Stay updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and share insights with the team

Design Thinking UI & UX Design
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in UX design, HCI, graphic design, or a related field
2. A strong passion for user-centered design and a keen eye for detail
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
