As a Rater, you’ll leverage your deep subject expertise to create, review, and evaluate high-quality data that powers AI learning. 🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Create and refine accurate, well-structured solutions, explanations, and derivations for problems across your STEM discipline.
• AI Evaluation & Feedback: Assess AI-generated responses for correctness, clarity, and educational value, providing detailed, constructive feedback.
• Subject Expertise Application: Apply advanced domain knowledge to verify complex problems, provide alternative approaches, and ensure conceptual accuracy.
• Collaboration: Partner with STEM Leads and peers to maintain consistency, quality, and workflow efficiency.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech or equivalent) in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Coding, or Finance from a leading university.
• Ph.D. preferred.
• Strong academic record demonstrating depth and breadth of subject expertise.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, research, or content development in your specialized field.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and pedagogically.

🔑 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience authoring high-quality academic or technical content, including original problem sets, learning material, or research publications.
• Familiarity with educational technology, AI-assisted learning, or providing structured feedback for AI/ML systems.
• Track record of mentoring or training students at undergraduate or graduate level.
