API & UI Developer

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven API & UI Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work across both backend and frontend development, contributing to the creation of seamless, secure, and scalable digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust APIs and engaging user interfaces that power our applications and services.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

API Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).
• Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Optimize API performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain comprehensive API documentation.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define API requirements and ensure smooth integration.
  
  

UI Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional code.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
• Optimize UI performance for speed and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure design accuracy and functionality.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
  
  

To be successful in this role, your skills and experience should include:

• Proficiency in programming languages for API development (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go).
• Strong knowledge of API architectural styles (REST, GraphQL) and tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger UI).
• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with databases and data formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
