You will:

• "Product Manage" by triaging research teams with product/delivery teams and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate scientific discovery and experimental models into deployed clinical AI tools that change patient outcomes.
• Own projects from initial hypothesis and exploratory analysis through to production-ready models that meet regulatory and commercial standards.

Required Expertise

• Proven experience delivering AI or ML products from proof of concept to production and clinical use.
• Strong track record applying data science methods to biomedical or clinical research.
• Advanced skills in Python and/or R for modelling and analysis.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine predictive and statistical models for health and genomic datasets.
• Design and run experiments to validate findings, including cross-validation and sensitivity analysis.
• Translate models into compliant, scalable tools for clinicians and patients.
• Work with Data Engineers to define data requirements and ensure research datasets are analysis-ready.
• Document methodologies for both scientific publication and translation to the product execution team.
