You will:
- "Product Manage" by triaging research teams with product/delivery teams and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate scientific discovery and experimental models into deployed clinical AI tools that change patient outcomes.
- Own projects from initial hypothesis and exploratory analysis through to production-ready models that meet regulatory and commercial standards.
Required Expertise
- Proven experience delivering AI or ML products from proof of concept to production and clinical use.
- Strong track record applying data science methods to biomedical or clinical research.
- Advanced skills in Python and/or R for modelling and analysis.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and refine predictive and statistical models for health and genomic datasets.
- Design and run experiments to validate findings, including cross-validation and sensitivity analysis.
- Translate models into compliant, scalable tools for clinicians and patients.
- Work with Data Engineers to define data requirements and ensure research datasets are analysis-ready.
- Document methodologies for both scientific publication and translation to the product execution team.
