Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team, supporting the APAC region with a strong emphasis on HR operations and business partnering. This role is ideal for a HR professional who excels at managing core operational HR processes while also partnering with business leaders to deliver effective people strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day HR operations, while also contributing to strategic HR initiatives such as employee development, performance management, organizational development and and building a strong, inclusive team culture across the region. This is a highly visible and hands-on role that requires strong operational rigor, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments. The role will report to and support the APAC HR Leader.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities across a geographically and culturally diverse workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth and compliant HR service delivery across the APAC region
  • Administer and execute HR processes including Compensation and benefits, Leave and absence management, Disciplinary actions, disputes, and investigations, Learning and development logistics, Employee records and documentation
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires in APAC, including new hire documentation, Work permits application, Cross-functional coordination (IT, Finance, Global Payroll), Background checks and eligibility verification
  • Conduct and support new hire orientation and offboarding activities, including induction planning, exit interviews
  • Support HR audits and reporting, ensuring compliance and timely data submission
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR benefits, policy and process-related inquiries
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance teams to support accurate and timely monthly payroll execution, ensuring alignment with employment terms and statutory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies across countries in the APAC region; provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies in line with local regulations and jurisdictional requirements
  • Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, best practices, and emerging technologies related to human resources and proactively apply relevant insights to HR practices
  • Perform other duties as required, including participation in HR projects and compliance-related activities such as radiation monitoring


HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to people managers, supporting organizational effectiveness, morale and productivity
  • Collaborate with managers to understand business needs and align strategies accordingly
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, such as development programs, well-being strategies, and culture-building activities
  • Support and guide performance management cycles, including goal-setting, feedback, and review discussions
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent development needs and help implement learning and growth opportunities
  • Provide support to managers on employee relations issues, team dynamics, and conflict resolution
  • Drive key people initiatives aligned with regional and global HR strategies, ensuring consistent implementation across the business


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, or related field with at least 5 to 8 years’ experience in the full spectrum of human resource management and business partnering in an international environment
  • Comfortable in managing strategic HR tasks and operational execution and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization
  • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Initiative, adaptable, strong drive and results oriented individual
  • Must be able to demonstrate tact, discretion and sound business judgement and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office, Visio and digital savvy. Familiarity with UKG HRIS preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English language
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones (APAC, US, Europe) with flexibility for global collaboration
  • Willingness to travel minimally, as required
