Your new role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee key contracts and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budget and schedule management.
- Tendering and prelim costings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project resources effectively to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to the wider team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
What you'll need to succeed
