About the team:

The Property Finder B2C team is a fast-paced, collaborative, and competitive driven product team.

We are a multidisciplinary team. Our roles include product discovery, user experience & interface (product design), product management, product operations, research, and product marketing.

We build useful, usable, and innovative experiences for Property Finder’s consumers and users. These experiences live across web, mobile web, and native mobile apps

We care deeply about solving problems in a way that helps both our consumers.

About your role:

As a B2C Head of Experience Design, you’re responsible for product discovery, uncovering customer insights, developing user experience and user interaction, design strategy and vision, and leading B2C product teams to deliver outstanding consumer experiences. As an ExperienceI leader, you develop positive relationships, manage and provide mentorship to other designers, and work with stakeholders to elevate quality of user experience and interaction. Our mission is to make Property Finder the most trusted partner to discover, buy, sell, or rent a home in the Middle East and North Africa.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute outstanding digital experiences for App, mobile web and desktop that help our consumers to find their dream home or investment.
• Partner Product Managers during product discovery to make sure that our priorities reflect consumer needs.
• Advocate for consumer benefits and ensure that user interface address customer goals
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, product designers, and engineers to deliver a top-quality consumer experience across our B2C products
• Lead all Experience (UX/UI/Design) activities like problem discovery and definition, storytelling, ideation, co-design sessions, prototyping, design critiques, and testing
• Propose, test, and evaluate ideas that improve Property Finder’s B2C experiences
• Build and maintain a design system for both designers and engineers to improve efficiency and quality of design delivery
• Manage, mentor and help other product designers grow their skills
• Lead multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality work on time
• Partner with other B2B and B2C design & product teams to ensure a consistent and delightful experience across all Property Finder’s products
• Lead by example, bringing a positive, can-do attitude to work, inspiring others to build great products
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: you have 6+ years experience as a leader for user experience, user interface or design teams.
• Expertise: you have a proven track record of strong product discovery, service design, product design, visual design, interaction, prototyping, and research
• Product & design vision: you have developed design strategies that address consumer and business problems Stakeholder Management & Communication: you are excellent at building relationships and working optimally with diverse, cross-functional teams. You are able to influence leadership on the value of experience design and articulate the business benefits of your team's work.
• Mentorship and management: You help your team to grow in their careers, improve their skills and deliver their best work. You have experience making effective decisions and managing design project work. You are great at giving and receiving feedback.
• Execution: you develop tools and frameworks to help teams work better together. You have experience shipping products that get meaningful results for customers and businesses
