Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Maintain and track timelines and deliverables across multiple marketing projects.
- Manage internal calendars and deadlines to ensure on-time execution.
- Support planning and execution of campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing internal communications (newsletters, announcements, agendas).
- Draft and edit marketing materials, presentations, and decks.
- Organize and maintain marketing files and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics: schedules, travel, venue details, and registration.
- Track deliverables for speakers, sponsors, and partners.
- Support event communications, signage, swag, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist with asset management, approvals, and routing.
- Support workflows for social, email, and PR campaigns.
- Monitor task completion and optimize departmental efficiency
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or event support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com (or similar tools), and Slack.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in media, advertising, or podcasting.
- Familiarity with event production and logistics.
- Comfort with creating polished presentations.
- Basic video editing or graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, meeting transcribers)
- Full-time, permanent employment.
