✅ 5+ years of experience in a similar role (or 3+ if the stack matches perfectly)

✅ Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, and load balancers

✅ Proven experience with data centers and virtualization

✅ English - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced

➕ Background in telecom or finance is a strong advantage
