We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who feels comfortable in a customer-facing role. You are the crucial link between the client and the IT team, ensuring that the right results are achieved.

What will you do?

As a Product Owner, you work closely with both the client and the internal team.

You are responsible for translating business needs into concrete solutions and priorities. You work daily at the intersection of IT and business, fulfilling the role of both Product Owner and Application Manager.

Your main tasks:

• Act as the first point of contact for the client and ensure strong collaboration between business and IT.
• Create and manage the product backlog, and determine priorities together with the team.
• Make decisions about the product direction and the rollout of functionalities.
• Together with the Delivery Manager, ensure that the team delivers the desired results.
• Support the team in planning and execution, and identify and resolve bottlenecks in time.
• Contribute with a positive critical mindset to the development of the product and processes.
• Actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, flexibility, and result-oriented working.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced professional who recognizes themselves in the following points:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Extensive experience with Agile working (Scrum/Kanban).
• Practical experience with Jira, Topdesk.
• Strong communication skills: able to communicate clearly and convincingly with both clients and technical teams.
• Experienced in negotiation and finding the right balance between requirements and possibilities.
• Flexible and pragmatic, without losing sight of objectives.
• Positively critical: not afraid to ask questions and challenge decisions when necessary.
• Results-oriented and able to achieve goals together with the team.
• Independent in making decisions and taking responsibility.
