Job Title: Project Manager Business Consultant IT SR

Location: Brussels (Hybrid)

Duration: 24 months (Full-time)

Start Date: October 2025

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with strong business consulting experience to lead and deliver transformation initiatives across finance, logistics, and operational domains. The role involves managing multiple business-IT projects using SAP ECC6, SAP ISU, and other technologies, following Prince2 methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of business and IT transformation projects (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, Peppol integration, investment management, SAP process improvements).
• Coordinate with key users to capture and integrate business requirements.
• Oversee project scope, planning, resources, budget, risks, and issue tracking.
• Organize and supervise testing activities in line with defined governance.
• Lead change management efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
• Support PMO with systematic project tracking, reporting, and capacity planning.
• Implement project governance using tools such as Jira and TOPdesk.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP ECC6 modules: FI-CO, MM, WM, PM, SD, CS, ISU, ITS.
• Strong background in IT transformation and test management.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Power BI, Windev, Peppol.
• Expertise in project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum.
• Certifications in SAP FI and Prince2 Practitioner are considered assets.
• Proficiency in BPMN, ITIL, SAP Activate, and multidimensional modeling.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English.
• Availability to work on-site in Brussels at least 3 days per week.

Additional Information:

• The mission spans approximately 440 working days over 2 years.
• On-site presence is required 3 days per week, with flexibility subject to approval.
• The role involves collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.
