Compliancy conditions (minimum/mandatory)

• Minimum education at the Level 7 (Master or equivalent; or for missing education - deducting 2 years of exp. for 1 year of missing education)
• Minimum English language skills at the Level C1
• Minimum IT relevant professional experience of 8 years
• Minimum project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position of 5 years

Required professional certifications (at least 1 certification among):

• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PM2 Essential
• PM2 Advanced
• or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)

Knowledge and skills

• [01] Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager
• [02] Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods
• [03] Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
• [04] Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• [05] Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts
• [06] Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences
• [07] Aligns his work easily to the changing environment, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements
• [08] Presents strong problem-solving skills
• [09] Displays strong leadership
• [10] Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and suppliers
