Join them as a Senior Product Manager (Sportsbook Team) in Tallinn, Estonia, and become a vital part of their dynamic team!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Creating clear user stories with acceptance criteria, product requirements documents, and all necessary information for the Sportsbook team to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Driving every stage of product delivery - discovery, brainstorming, prioritization, scoping, sizing, development, and iterations after launch.
  • Understanding market trends and identifying potential growth opportunities.
  • Contributing to product vision and roadmap while communicating this vision to the Sportsbook team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues to understand business needs and upcoming features/projects.
  • Playing an active role in cross-team collaboration, creating new processes when necessary to stay effectively aligned.
  • Setting a predictable cadence for product delivery.
  • Being directly responsible for improving the quality of their product area by balancing new product delivery with tech debt cleanup, bug fixes, and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Ensuring the product backlog is properly organized and prioritized according to the release plan, customer value, and product vision.
  • Performing user acceptance testing of product increments.
  • Leading stand-ups, grooming, planning, and retro sessions with their development team.
  • Communicating releases to the Release Manager.
  • Identifying areas to reduce scope effectively, staying focused on aligning their list of features with key business goals.
  • Balancing trade-offs between quality, sustainability, and business needs within their product area.
  • Planning and coordinating feature launches.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4 years of Product Management/Ownership experience, and a strong knowledge of sportsbook products.
  • Prior involvement in iGaming or sports-related industries is a must.
  • A valuable addition to the team with expertise in agile scrum product management and a keen understanding of sportsbook products.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical and business stakeholders company-wide and occasionally with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong decision-making ability, adept at assessing value and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Bonus points if you're someone who enjoys betting occasionally.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
