Product Engineering Manager

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Product Engineering Manager to lead the development of our credit product, offered in 8 European markets. You will be responsible for driving execution and innovation across the engineering team working on different platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and empower cross-functional engineering teams of more than 10 highly skilled professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with the Product Manager to design, build, and launch new features and services tailored to diverse European markets
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners and stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support business growth
• Coordinate and oversee the architectural and Coordinating work with other managers, team and external partners
• Ensure alignment of technical execution with product vision, business goals, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries
• Act as a key communicator and facilitator between teams, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and timely delivery
• Lead the hiring process and professional development plans of your team
• Build the technical strategy in collaboration with the CTO and Product Engineering Managers
  
  

Requirements

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven experience in guiding engineering teams to success
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
• A pragmatic, solution-driven mindset with the ability to balance business needs, customer experience, and technical constraints
• Experience in fintech, consumer credit, or multi-market product development is a strong plus
• Hands-on coding experience and the ability to review and challenge technical decisions to ensure quality and scalability are a strong plus
