Job Description:

  • As a Technical Support Engineer at Comba Telecom, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level post-sales technical support on hardware and software across our portfolio of wireless communication solutions, including repeaters, DAS, Open RAN, and small cell systems. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, training, and technical consultation. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our R&D, product, and marketing teams to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of our solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive post-sales technical support on hardware for Comba wireless products, including repeaters, DAS, Open RAN, and small cell systems.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams in technical pre-sales activities such as solution design, product testing, proposal preparation, and on-site product installation and commissioning.
  • Deliver technical training to partners, customers, and internal teams; participate in product exhibitions, demos, and technical seminars.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product and system issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
  • Maintain regular communication with the R&D team to stay updated on product developments and technology trends; ensure technical knowledge is continuously updated.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' of technical support experience (hardware and software)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in French & English, with Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to travel across countries to support customer deployments and training (mainly Europe).
  • Hands-on experience in wireless telecommunications, especially in the deployment and maintenance of telecom network infrastructure.
  • Prior experience working on telecom network rollouts (domestic or international) is highly desirable.
  • Background in wireless engineering or network optimization is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Based in Paris.
