We are looking for two Junior Developers to join our great international team at LionsHome in Berlin 🚀.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining our platform, while growing your skills in a supportive environment that embraces Lean principles and Extreme Programming (XP) practices. Pair programming, continuous learning, and collaboration are central to how we work.
- Develop sustainable and high-quality code for the project.
- Refactor legacy code and ensure it meets company standards.
- Monitor and report on the operation of the project, servers, and integrated services.
- Collaborate with the system administrator to ensure smooth operation of the entire product infrastructure.
- Work with the SEO team and the frontend team to deliver solutions that improve user experience, site performance, and search visibility.
- Good knowledge of PHP.
- Good knowledge of XML and JSON.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Good knowledge of queue systems.
- A solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
- A team player who communicates openly and collaborates effectively.
- C1 English level (required, no other languages needed).
- €35,000 – €42,000 gross yearly salary.
- 8 working hours per day, with total flexibility in schedules.
- Hybrid work model: combine remote work with office time in Berlin.
- Weekly training slots during working hours (coding dojos, internal workshops, tech talks).
