We’re looking for someone to immediately join our team and support us with a blend of HR coordination, executive assistance, and operations.
This is a highly versatile role where you’ll work closely with the founder and play a key part in keeping things running smoothly across people, processes, and communication.
- Schedule interviews and calls
- Coordinate with candidates and manage the hiring pipeline
- Translate or reply to German communication (letters, emails, documents)
- Support onboarding processes for new team members or freelancers
- Handle correspondence with German offices (Finanzamt, city registration, etc.)
- Organize internal documents and keep clarity across tools like Confluence, Jira, or Google Drive
- Assist with small research or coordination tasks as needed
- You speak and write fluent German (English is our main internal language, but German is often required for external communication)
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- You’re interested in how startups work and eager to learn
- You’re available ~20 hours per week, ideally across 2–3 days
- You’re based in Berlin, Germany
- You’re comfortable picking up new tools and handling different types of tasks
- A flexible, part-time role with real ownership
- Direct collaboration with the founder and core team
- Exposure to the inner workings of a modern, fast-moving tech & consulting startup
- Room to grow into more responsibility as we scale
- Remote-first setup (with the option to meet in Berlin if you’re local)
This role could be a Werkstudent position, internship, or part-time employment — we’re flexible, as long as you can start immediately.
