We’re looking for someone to immediately join our team and support us with a blend of HR coordination, executive assistance, and operations.

This is a highly versatile role where you’ll work closely with the founder and play a key part in keeping things running smoothly across people, processes, and communication.

Your Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and calls
  • Coordinate with candidates and manage the hiring pipeline
  • Translate or reply to German communication (letters, emails, documents)
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members or freelancers
  • Handle correspondence with German offices (Finanzamt, city registration, etc.)
  • Organize internal documents and keep clarity across tools like Confluence, Jira, or Google Drive
  • Assist with small research or coordination tasks as needed

Who We’re Looking For
  • You speak and write fluent German (English is our main internal language, but German is often required for external communication)
  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
  • You’re interested in how startups work and eager to learn
  • You’re available ~20 hours per week, ideally across 2–3 days
  • You’re based in Berlin, Germany
  • You’re comfortable picking up new tools and handling different types of tasks

What You’ll Get
  • A flexible, part-time role with real ownership
  • Direct collaboration with the founder and core team
  • Exposure to the inner workings of a modern, fast-moving tech & consulting startup
  • Room to grow into more responsibility as we scale
  • Remote-first setup (with the option to meet in Berlin if you’re local)

This role could be a Werkstudent position, internship, or part-time employment — we’re flexible, as long as you can start immediately.

If you’re looking for a chance to learn, grow, and play a meaningful role in a small, ambitious startup — we’d love to hear from you! 🚀
