Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Network Engineer located in Darmstadt. The Senior Network Engineer will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems. Key responsibilities include network administration, engineering, troubleshooting, and ensuring network security. The role also involves designing reliable network solutions and optimizing network performance, ensuring high levels of network availability and security.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Network Administration and Troubleshooting
• Proven experience in Network Engineering, Network Design and deployment
• Expertise in Network Security
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as DNS, DHCP and IPAM platform or equivalent
• Experience with development of programs using container environment for system communication with RestAPI
• Experience TACACS and Radius system is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the space industry or with ground segment systems is an advantage
