Our Client
Our client are a dynamic high-growth company. They have several acquisitions in the pipeline for Q4 2025 on the back of significant investment.

This role has been created on the back of sustained growth and will report directly to the Corporate Development Director. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining the models used for future acquisitions across the group. You will gain exposure to complex transactions and strategic decision-making while working closely with senior leadership.
Who should apply?
Candidates must come from a corporate finance background and have the following:
- Professional accounting or cfa qualification and excellent academics
- Extensive experience with complex financial modelling for equity/debt, investment appraisal, and property
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of financial markets
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and interest in mentoring
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Corporate Development Director, the role will involve:
- Creating, developing and improving best-in-class financial models for investment and development projects
- Preparing high-quality presentation materials for C-suite, Board, and external partners
- Conducting in-depth analysis of sector trends and asset valuations
- Supporting investment evaluations and scenario modelling
- Assisting with pricing strategies and commercial decision-making
- Providing modelling support for funding initiatives and joint ventures
- Supporting the implementation of modelling best practices across the function
