Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Greenfield project!

Are you a SRE looking to take ownership of reliability and infrastructure in a fast-scaling, high-impact environment?

We’re partnering with one of Ireland’s most exciting and well-funded technology companies. After raising over €30 million last year and with a rapidly expanding international footprint, they’re building the next generation of cloud-native platforms powering safety, automation, and real-time data at scale.

You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment: the start of a major platform scale-out. This is a greenfield opportunity to lead SRE practices, define key reliability metrics, and build the tooling and infrastructure needed to support global users.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of availability, scalability, and performance across cloud infrastructure
• Define and implement SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for critical services
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation
• Lead incident response, postmortems, and capacity planning

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, etc.)
