A forward-thinking SaaS organisation is on the lookout for a dynamic AI Product Manager to join its expanding product team.

This is a high-impact role for a delivery-driven expert who thrives on rapid prototyping, deep customer insight, and orchestrating collaboration across engineering, design, and commercial teams: All the way from discovery through to scaling in production. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of shaping an AI-powered product strategy, driving fast experimentation, and ensuring every build ties directly to measurable business outcomes. You’ll prototype at speed, validate assumptions in days (not months), and partner closely with internal stakeholders to design copilots, workflow agents, and data-led analytics that unlock real business value.

With GenAI and LLMs at the core, there’s a truly exciting chance to embed AI into workflows responsibly. You’ll report directly to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in defining how AI innovation scales within the organisation. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin City (2–3 days per week in the office).

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a Product Manager within SaaS, AI/ML, or FinTech environments, combined with a passion for experimentation, customer impact, and outcome-driven delivery.

Skills / Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML
• Strong knowledge of LLM app patterns (RAG, agents, fine-tuning, etc.)

Salary / Remuneration:

€90,000 - €100,000 + Annual Bonus 10% + Pension + Healthcare and MORE!
