At Always Friday we’re building an AI-powered marketplace to make corporate retreats and team building effortless to book, manage and love. Already used by top companies in Italy. We’ve got a tiny but deadly team. Now we’re entering our next growth phase—and we want someone who’s excited to build with us, not just work for us.

• Prototype and iterate on GenAI-powered features (RAG chatbots, summarizers, code agents, etc.).


• Design evaluation harnesses (human + automatic) to measure quality, latency & cost.


• Build reproducible, well-documented notebooks/demos that can be handed to production teams.


• Collaborate with designers & product managers to scope MVPs and shape user experience.


• Present weekly updates and a final demo day showcasing learnings and impact.

• Programming: Python 3.x (clean, modular code; virtual-env & packaging) and Familiarity with Jupyter workflows.


• GenAI framework: LangChain for LLM orchestration (agents, chains, callbacks); LangGraph (or similar graph-based workflow engines).


• LLM Ops: Prompt engineering for GPT-style models (chat & completion), basic fine-tuning (HuggingFace) & RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.


• Data Engineering: Text cleansing, tokenization, embedding, experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)


• Cloud and Devops: One major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure). Git / GitHub (branching, PRs, CI basics)
