We’re looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our team and take full ownership of data preparation and model development initiatives.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of Data Engineering and Machine Learning, collaborating with different departments such as Product and Software Development.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining pipelines for data cleaning and preprocessing, with a focus also on natural language datasets;
- Leveraging cleaned datasets to train, fine-tune, and evaluate open-source Large Language Models (LLMs);
- Monitoring model performance and iteratively improving architectures, training strategies, and evaluation metrics;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and AI/ML deliverables;
- Carefully documenting processes, experiments, and relevant findings.
- Strong enthusiasm for applied AI/ML and willingness to contribute to the company’s growth;
- At least 3–5 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or a similar role;
- Solid background in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and data preprocessing techniques;
- Experience with Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face);
- Good understanding of MLOps practices and versioning tools for data and models;
- High proficiency in English;
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with distributed training and GPU-based environments;
- Familiarity with open-source AI ecosystems and modern data platforms.
