We invite a Senior Front-End Developer to join the airBaltic team.

Work model: Onsite or Hybrid

Hours: Full time

Location: airBaltic Headquarters

We will entrust you to

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Laravel
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver seamless, visually appealing user interfaces
• Ensure applications are fully responsive, accessible, and compliant with modern web standards
• Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and design discussions
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends, frameworks, and best practices
• Contribute to and organize knowledge-sharing sessions within the team

What you will need to succeed

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• Advanced proficiency with core web UI technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong experience with Vue.js state management libraries (Vuex or Pinia)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, or Cypress
• Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or SCSS
• Experience integrating and working with RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques and tools for modern web apps
• Ability to apply best practices for SEO in SPA and SSR applications
• Knowledge and practical experience implementing accessibility (a11y) standards in SPA and SSR applications
• Deep understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) in Nuxt.js
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Knowledge of web application security principles, including OWASP Top
• Fluent knowlage of Latvian and English languages
