We are looking for an experienced project manager with a tech-savvy mindset, fluent in both Latvian and English, who thrives in the public sector project delivery. They combine structure with creativity and are confident leading multi-stakeholder digital initiatives. Someone familiar with e-learning project implementation will stand out.

Key Duties

  • Lead a large-scale digital/IT project from initiation through completion, preferably with the Latvian public sector
  • Manage scope, timeline, risks, and resources
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure clear communication, status reporting, and expectation alignment
  • Use performance data to track project delivery
  • Maintain quality standards and project alignment
  • Support implementation of digital learning solutions


Essential Skills

  • Strong project management background in IT/digital projects for the public sector
  • Experience handling complex requirements and tight deadlines
  • Solid stakeholder and team coordination skills
  • Familiarity with IT systems and digital content development
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in Latvian and English
  • Experience in e-learning is a strong plus
