- Maintain quality standards and project alignment
- Support implementation of digital learning solutions
- Strong project management background in IT/digital projects for the public sector
- Experience handling complex requirements and tight deadlines
- Solid stakeholder and team coordination skills
- Familiarity with IT systems and digital content development
- Analytical, data-driven decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in Latvian and English
- Experience in e-learning is a strong plus
