What we expect you to do:
- Serve as the vital link between various departments' business challenges and actionable backlog items.
- Gather and analyse stakeholders needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements for our development team
- Utilise various analytical techniques and follow established methodologies to extract actionable insights and conduct thorough business analysis
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, systems and industry trends to guide decision-making and solution design
- Make data-driven decisions on how certain in-house products should be built
- Assist in test planning , test case development to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
- Proven record of previous experience in Business Analyst role (3+ years of practical experience)
- Proven ability to successfully apply Business Process Modelling Techniques (BPMN, UML or other)
- Ownership and ability to plan, execute independently
- Professional expertise and hands-on experience with JIRA
- Value-creation oriented mindset is something that we appreciate.
- Being passionate, proactive, self-motivated, innovative and constantly hungry for knowledge but pragmatic enough to put first things first.
- Having previous experience in the field of eCommerce (would be a great advantage).
- A competitive salary depending on skills and experience in a range of 3000- 4500 EUR/month (gross).
