Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with our Head of IT and Tech Lead to develop and implement cutting-edge software solutions across various platforms for diverse markets, including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands. What we expect you to do:

• Serve as the vital link between various departments' business challenges and actionable backlog items.
• Gather and analyse stakeholders needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements for our development team
• Utilise various analytical techniques and follow established methodologies to extract actionable insights and conduct thorough business analysis
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, systems and industry trends to guide decision-making and solution design
• Make data-driven decisions on how certain in-house products should be built
• Assist in test planning , test case development to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
  
  

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Proven record of previous experience in Business Analyst role (3+ years of practical experience)
• Proven ability to successfully apply Business Process Modelling Techniques (BPMN, UML or other)
• Ownership and ability to plan, execute independently
• Professional expertise and hands-on experience with JIRA
• Value-creation oriented mindset is something that we appreciate.
• Being passionate, proactive, self-motivated, innovative and constantly hungry for knowledge but pragmatic enough to put first things first.
• Having previous experience in the field of eCommerce (would be a great advantage).
  
  

Salary

• A competitive salary depending on skills and experience in a range of 3000- 4500 EUR/month (gross).
