Your Mission
- Lead Projects End to End: Own multiple e-commerce integration projects, keeping scope, timeline, budget, and quality in balance.
- Plan & Strategize: Build and manage detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones, estimates, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Manage the Backlog: Define and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Tackle Risks & Change: Anticipate risks, manage issues, and apply effective change control processes to stay on course.
- Keep Everyone Aligned: Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, share progress updates, and set realistic expectations.
- Deliver Quality: Coordinate testing and release plans, ensuring smooth handovers to operations and support.
- Coordinate Partners: Work closely with vendors, marketplace partners, and third-party providers to keep projects moving.
- Proven Experience: 3–5+ years as an IT or Technical Project Manager delivering software projects with engineering teams.
- Agile Mindset: Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum (story mapping, estimation, sprint/release planning, tracking KPIs).
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong stakeholder management skills; you set expectations with clarity and confidence.
- Problem-Solver: Solid understanding of risk, issue, and change management, with awareness of budget and forecasting.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern PM tools like ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or YouTrack
- Remote-Ready: Excellent English skills and the ability to collaborate across EET/CET time zones.
- Big Plus, But Not Required:
- Familiarity with APIs and e-commerce platforms (Shopware, Mirakl, JTL, plentyOne). You don’t need to code, but you’re comfortable reading API docs and discussing trade-offs.
- German proficiency.
