We are looking for a proactive and structured QA Specialist to design and execute a group-wide Quality Assurance (QA) system for compliance and operational procedures. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of compliance, process control, and quality monitoring - ideal for someone with experience in building QA frameworks from scratch and executing ongoing reviews.

You’ll be responsible for creating the entire QA process - from methodology to reporting and running quality checks on key workflows across the group of companies

Responsibilities: Framework Design & Setup

• Define QA scope across group entities (e.g. KYC onboarding, EDD, transaction monitoring, incident handling)

Build:

• QA checklists and scoring models
• Sampling methodology (randomized and risk-based)
• Issue categorization and severity logic
• Templates for reporting and follow-up

Day-to-Day Execution:

• Conduct regular quality checks on processes in accordance with QA plan
• Record findings, assign severity scores, and maintain QA logs
• Provide structured feedback to relevant teams (compliance, ops, risk)
• Track remediation of findings and contribute to continuous improvement
• Prepare regular QA reports for senior management, with key metrics and trends

Improvement & Maintenance:

• Adapt QA logic as internal procedures or regulatory requirements evolve
• Identify recurring gaps, propose improvements, and support implementation
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to align QA results with control assessments
• Contribute to training and awareness based on QA insights

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in QA, Compliance Monitoring, Operational Risk, or Internal Controls - ideally within fintech, crypto sectors
• Proven experience building QA/control frameworks from scratch (not just executing them)
• Strong process thinking and attention to detail; ability to translate policy into measurable checks
• Clear and structured communicator, capable of writing QA findings reports
• Self-starter: comfortable owning both framework and execution without daily supervision
• Group-mindset: able to operate across multiple entities and jurisdictions in a scalable way
• Fluent English language, Russian is a plus
