Your job

As part of our HR Employee Services team, you will be the backbone of our HR Operations, providing essential backend HR services and supporting HR and people-related topics for our employees across Belgium & Luxembourg. You will ensure seamless employee experiences through accurate and timely service delivery:


  • Support comprehensive HR administrative services and employee data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the monthly payroll process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery for all employees.
  • Manage new hire onboarding processes, creating positive first impressions and smooth transitions for new colleagues joining our organization.
  • Handle leave of absence requests, medical leave administration, and social changes, providing compassionate support during important life transitions.
  • Resolve employee and colleague queries promptly and professionally, acting as a trusted point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Maintain employee records and databases with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support HR Operations activities that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency across our BeLux operations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that advance our HR Operations capabilities and employee satisfaction.


  • The role of HR Employee Services is fundamental to creating exceptional employee experiences. You will be instrumental in ensuring our colleagues receive the support they need while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service excellence.

    Your background


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with general knowledge of Luxembourgish social legislation considered a strong advantage
  • 0-2 years of HR experience
  • Proficient Excel skills with ability to manage and analyze data effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English is a must
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work deliverables
  • Strong collaborative skills with proven ability to work effectively in team environments and support diverse stakeholder needs
  • Customer service orientation with passion for helping colleagues and resolving queries efficiently
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
