Job Role:
- At least 3 years of post-graduation proven relevant professional experience in operational reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence, ideally within Private Equity or Guarantees / Securitisation area.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, Excel) to create and deliver operational reports.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication, proficiency in English and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Service Description
- Support for the roll-out of the “A to Z” Reporting Project, with a focus on reporting automation, including the set-up and maintenance of SharePoint spaces for each mandate, covering all contributors and relevant mandator contacts.
- Assistance in the preparation of approximately 70 Progress Reports per year, including coordination with relevant departments to finalise review and dispatch.
- Contribution to in-house reporting requirements by preparing mandate operational updates for internal governing bodies, such as the Investment and Risk Committee and the Audit Board. Operational involvement in governance activities, planned to be consolidated within Mandate Services.
- Support in addressing audit and evaluation exercises, particularly those related to mandate terminations.
- Assistance with mandate termination project activities, including work on a pipeline of 34 mandates scheduled for termination within the next five years.
- Support in implementing the mandate termination framework, including completion of outstanding action points and execution of next steps (e.g., testing, framework implementation).
- Maintenance of mandate system records for both existing and newly created data points.
- Contribution to automation and streamlining initiatives across the division and department
