Manager / Senior Manager

Your Next Challenges

  • Support ERP implementation by reengineering processes and reviewing operations.
  • Analyse financial and operational key figures to assess current performance and understand client’s organisation, strengths and weaknesses.
  • Translate organisational and operational efficiency assessments into implementable business requirements and perform gap analyses based upon the requirements in order to define "To Be" organisation and “To Be” processes/solutions.
  • Manage and/or support implementation projects by identifying, designing and implementing creative business solutions. Then develop cohesive conclusions and participate in the status report writing and presentation.
  • Create and implement Dashboards and KPIs to measure improvements and ensure payback to our clients.
  • Measure and control the performance of your project and implement corrective actions to ensure the profitability.
  • Develop and lead the Optim'EASE teams with a dual objective: meeting client expectations while fostering the team's skill development.
  • Cultivate effective client relationships and pursue new client opportunities while constantly building your market eminence with the support of our network of experts.
  • Support with go-to-market offerings, proposals, articles and growing the Performance practice.

Your Skills

  • Hold a Master degree in Engineering, Business Admin., Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Experience in Consulting is compulsory.
  • Have 5 years+ of experience in project management: ERP implementation (experience with ODOO is a strong asset), re-organisation projects, efficiency improvement projects…
  • Show excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mind-set.
  • Have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Have a proven experience in people management and demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong team and client trust relationships through business-oriented mind-set.
  • Be a self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise.
  • Be fluent in French and English. German or Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
