Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Business Sales Officer with extensive experience in the European acquiring market, specializing in card acquiring, online and offline payment solutions, experience in UnionPay acquiring services will be a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in the payment industry, including developing and managing payment solutions, opening corporate business accounts, and driving sales strategies across European markets. The role requires a deep understanding of European payment regulations, strong relationships with financial institutions, and the ability to lead the acquisition of new business accounts and managing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

· Business Development & Account Opening:

o Drive the opening of business accounts for companies in Luxembourg, Germany, and across the European market, ensuring compliance with local payment and banking regulations.

o Engage with clients to understand their payment needs, recommending relevant solutions such as cross-border payment services, online transaction systems, and UnionPay payment services.

o Proven expertise and track record in the payment industry are highly desirable, particularly in card acquiring, payment gateways, and UnionPay services.

· Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and high client satisfaction.

o Act as a primary point of contact, managing client requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely solutions. · Agent Management & Fee Structure: o Set up and manage business agents, including overseeing relationship contracts, fee calculations, and performance metrics.

o Collaborate closely with internal and external agents to establish smooth communication channels, facilitate efficient operations, and ensure aligned objectives. · Investment Fund Experience (Preferred):

o Leverage knowledge of the investment fund industry to support clients with relevant financial products and services.

o Provide tailored solutions and advice to clients involved in investment funds, assisting with account setups and payments.

· Other Essential Skills:

o Fluent in English (mandatory), and proficiency in another European language will be considered a plus. o Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking and finance.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and colleagues.

o Analytical skills for fee calculation, account structuring, and payment solution development.

o In-depth knowledge of blockchain and related technologies will be considered a major plus.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business sales, banking, or financial services.

· Proven expertise in business account opening, agent management, and offline payment solutions.

· Familiarity with Luxembourg financial regulations
