Job Title: Java Developer

🔧 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for mission-critical systems
• Build full-stack features including user interfaces (Java/OpenGL) and backend services (Spring Boot)
• Develop tools and simulators used for testing and validation
• Write and maintain automated tests using JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and domain experts to ensure system performance and security
• Contribute to system architecture, particularly in integrating sensors, weapons, or radar systems
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, and reliability standards

🧰 Tech Stack

• Languages & Frameworks: Java (primary), C++ (desired), Spring Boot, JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium
• Automation & DevOps: Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Nexus, Git/Bitbucket/SVN, Ansible, Terraform
• System Platforms: Embedded Linux (Yocto), Kubernetes (Helm), Shell scripting
• Other Tools: OpenGL for visualizations, Red Hat Linux for deployment environments

👤 Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience with Java in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and modern software design principles
• Experience with C++ (Boost, STL, multithreading) is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments
• Agile mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Motivated to contribute to high-impact, security-critical software systems
